Thanks so much to everyone who helped make Twilight Camp successful! We had a great group of caddies and hard working dedicated volunteers.

Back in 2012 I could only have imagined that we'd still be having fun in 2022! Our Theme was 100 years of Girl Scouts and we held camp at Willow River State Park! If you look closely you might recognize Raven, Linguini and Sharkbait!
We are excited to be planning for 2021 Padawan Twilight Camp! We will be following the Girl Scout River Valleys event guidance so at this time we will be social distancing and limiting group sizes, and may be wearing masks occasionally. This will require some modifications to our program such as we will be unable to cook this year, and will have to modify our flag ceremony and campfire programs. However, there is still plenty of fun to be had and we are very excited to be able to gather everyone together this summer for some Jedi training! I can't believe it's already the week of camp! We are busy getting everything ready and look forward to seeing our campers on Thursday! We have three special guests joining us at camp this year and it's going to be so much fun!
Our Twilight camp is featured in the In the Loop Blog about Day Camp!

We already have 29 girls 9 adults 3 caddies and 2 boys registered for camp - don't delay get your registration in! We only have a certain amount of space available!
We are hard at work planning and preparing for another exciting Twilight Camp! We are excited to revisit the Harry Potter inspired theme and have lots of fun ideas! We are in the process of updating the website and working out registration and payment processes to try to make it easier for all of us, so please be patient if it takes a try or two to get everything working! We may even be able to incorporate completing a journey into the camp planning for the younger girls!
Here we go - the theme for 2017 is a JRR Tolkien inspired Quest! Due to the shortened summer schedule for the Hudson School District we are holding camp this year in June! We hope to incorporate a Father's day themed breakfast on Sunday (Father's Day) and plan to invite Dads to join us for our feast!
Hi! Who was at the Diva Derby today? It was so much fun! I just love those fruit cups...
Anyway. I've decided I'm horrible at blogging, but I'll keep trying. Maybe my troop will take up the blogging thing, instead of just me. So, what've I heard about camp? Well, we definitely would like to create a TARDIS - shaped Little Free Library. That would be a cool thing to donate. Plus it ties into tools, or maybe a 'knowledge is power' thingy. We might also have pendants that say our names on them. In Gallifreyan. Hi! This is my first post! A little about myself…
I'm Arnold, and I'm a caddie. This will be my third year as a caddie. Last summer, I took CIT I, which is our council's camp counselor training program. I grew up on camp, and I love it. My personal goal as a caddie is to make sure every girl has fun. Camp this year promises to be great. It's Doctor Who themed, and we're going to have so much fun. We're going to sing, which is my absolute favorite part of camp, and do a ton of fun activities. One of our campers, a Junior this year, says hi! She can't wait for camp either. I'll try to keep you updated with cool camp info as much as possible. Anything I hear, you'll hear. I just can't wait for camp! See you then! ~Arnold |
